Guests should please call in if running late
During low and middle season periods short stays or week-ends will be possible at the prices shown in the table below.
Prices are inclusive of electricity, gas, cold and hot water,
bed-linens and final cleaning
An additional 20,00 Euro heating-charge will be applied in the winter months.
Pets allowed with a € 15,00 charge for final cleaning
The balance for your stay should be paid the night before
departure
Police notification forms shall be filled out upon guests’
arrival and returned to the desk-manager as provided by
the law
No unregistered person will be allowed to spend the night
within the premises without prior authorization from the
owner.
Apartments shall strictly accommodate no more than the maximum allowed number of guests.
The apartment should be left in the same conditions as it
was at the moment of arrival and guests are kindly requested
to inform the owner about possible damage to objects or
furniture. The deposit paid upon arrival will be returned
after satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
