La Loggia

The apartment features, on the outside, a very elegant covered loggia, an ideal place for summer lunches and dinners, onto which open out two large arches providing light to a large (250 s.f.) living room with fire-place and rustic furniture. A slightly raised floor with two large double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath-tub is accessed from the living room via a wooden staircase; on the same floor as the living room also a third bedroom with annexed bathroom, the kitchen and a storeroom.
The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 8 people (3 double bedrooms plus a double sleeper sofa) and offers great comfort and lots of space both on the inside and the outside. The apartment’s loggia opens out onto a typical tuscan farmyard overlooked by a large ancient holm-oak offering guests shade and relax in the heart of the tuscan countryside. Going round the farmhouse through lawns shaded by trees and bushes guests may enjoy on the poolside a stunning view of Cortona and lake Trasimeno.
